Sleeps Four
Brook Cottage is a pretty, Cotswold stone cottage, three minutes gentle walk from Broadway village and its restaurants, cafe's, hotels, deli, supermarket and many other amenities. The cottage is one of four and has a beautiful, little, south-facing garden with a brook running along the bottom of it. This comfortable cottage which is tastefully decorated provides the perfect base for your visit to Broadway and the Cotswolds.

The First Floor comprises of two Double sized bedrooms, one Double and one Twin, with the option of an additional guest bed in the double room at a supplementary price of £25. The bathroom is also on the first floor and includes an electric mira shower over the bath and a shaver plug.

The Ground Floor comprises of: a light lounge with stone grate & electric fire, a colour TV, DVD & video player, CD & radio casette player, and french doors opening into the enclosed garden & patio; dining-kitchen, fully fitted and including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, & electric cooker with gas hob; and guest cloakroom with toilet and wash-hand basin.

There is private parking for one car.
For larger parties "Brook Cottage" and the cottage next door "2, The Old Bakery" could be taken together if
available.

arranged). Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure. |

| Payment Details & Cancellation Policy |
A deposit of 30% of the rental cost
secures a booking. Once the deposit (or full rental), is received this will be counted as a firm booking and you are then responsible for the balance no less than 7 weeks before the start of the holiday. If it becomes necessary for you to change the dates of a booking AFTER the owner has issued a Booking Confirmation for whatever reason, there will be an administration fee of £25 per week. (Any alteration will be subject to new dates being available). Bookings altered after the final Balance has been paid can only be credited if the owner is able to re-book the cancelled or altered dates. If you wish to cancel at any time the owner will only make a refund (less £25 for administration), if they can re-let the property. We recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. If for any reason the owner needs to cancel a confirmed booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments made. |
