Situated in the historic and tranquil Upper High Street of Broadway Carlton Cottage is a perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are spectacular views across open countryside to the rear of the cottage, including the famous Broadway Tower, and for the energetic walkers amongst you ‘The Cotswolds Way’ can be joined just a few yards outside the front door. This ideal family retreat is within easy walking distance of the village centre, which has many bistros, restaurants and friendly pubs, as well as lots of interesting shops and galleries, plus a bakery, delicatessen, small supermarket, wine merchant and butcher. Much of the charm and the original features of the building have been retained whilst providing fully refurbished accommodation to meet every holiday makers needs.

On the ground floor: Entrance Hall. Lounge with
original open fire place, television and DVD player. Dining Room with large
dining table for up to 8, fireplace with open fire, CD player, additional
seating area with sofabed facility. Kitchen recently refitted with shaker style
units incorporating a gas hob and extractor, electric oven, integrated fridge
and separate freezer, microwave and washing machine. Shower Room newly fitted
shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

On the second floor: Family Bedroom with double
and single beds, there is also room for a cot if required.
Outside: A secluded Cotswold Stone walled garden with patio area and
garden furniture, lawn and borders.

Parking is available in a parking bay within a few yards of the cottage or in a nearby residential car park within 5 minutes walk. Upper High Street is in a conservation area and is a no through road and is therefore very peaceful with little or no traffic. Loading and unloading outside the property is very easy.
