The Old Saw Barn is a beautifully renovated barn conversion on a friendly family farm and surrounded by glorious Worcestershire countryside. It is just 3 miles from the old market town of Pershore, and perfectly placed for visits to Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Broadway is just 20 minutes away. There are good local walks in the immediate area, and in addition to the local towns and sites of historical interest, there are several local fishing lakes close by, 2 golf courses within one mile of the barn, a tennis club, water-sports facility, and several National Trust gardens.

Hill Court Farm is very much a family farm, with a plethora of chickens, horses and ponies. It is a mixed farm, with beef cattle and arable crops; there is also a small flock of pedigree sheep. The farm is also involved in environmental and conservation schemes for which it has won awards.

The Old Saw Barn is spacious, sophisticated, luxurious, and yet it retains its rustic classic charm. It sleeps 7 people, plus a cot. It consists of a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a large living room with wood burning stove, a downstairs toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, there is a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with king-sized bed, a twin or triple room, a small single bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a colour television, DVD, CD player, Rangemaster
cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, hair dryer,
DVD and book library, games and extensive tourist information.
There is a beautiful south-facing patio area with a table and chairs, and a
barbeque. The barn is surrounded by the garden, and there is private parking. A
stream flows at the bottom of the property.
Pets and children are welcome, however please note that pets are allowed
downstairs only. Smoking is not allowed.

Please inform Sarah prior to your stay. *Pets and children are welcome, however please note that pets are allowed downstairs only. *Cots and high chairs are available on request. *Smoking is not allowed. *Please plan your arrival to The Old Saw Barn after 4pm. If your journey is delayed or you would prefer to arrive earlier, please let us know, as we will make every effort to accommodate you. Checkout time is 10.30am on day of departure. |

travellers cheque or banker's draft. Direct bank transfers are acceptable if
the booking is from overseas. *A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The balance is then required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Late cancellation insurance is recommended as the full cost may be payable in the event of a late cancellation. |
