The cottage is close to the Cotswold Way and the walk up to the Cotswold escarpment to Broadway Tower giving spectacular views. Perfectly situated for exploring the famous public gardens and gorgeous ancient villages.

Ground Floor: Sitting Room with living flame gas fire, sofa bed, TV with DVD player. Designer Kitchen with halogen hob, electric oven, microwave and breakfast bar. Utility with fridge, freezer and washing machine.

First Floor: Bedroom having period oak double bed, single bed, built-in wardrobe and delightful views towards the Cotswold Hills.

Bathroom  having modern contemporary style suite with shower over bath.

Outside: Boot store and enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. Excellent parking facility.
