Furniture showroom and factory). The Hideaway, 31 Gordon Close is conveniently
positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac at the rear of this beautiful Cotswold High
Street where you will find a wealth of restaurants, boutiques, antique shops
and art galleries.
Furnished in a contemporary style with underfloor heating, the stylish
apartment has: a double bedroom; a lounge area with tv and dvd; fitted kitchen
with all latest appliances including dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, oven,
fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and built-in water filter; dining area; and a
luxury bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail, and demister mirror.
Tariff
Prices are from £250 - £350 per week, depending on the season
(usually from Saturday to Saturday). The rental includes gas, electricity, bed
linen and towels. Short lets (minimum two nights) are also available. This is a
non-smoking apartment; small, well behaved dogs are accepted by prior
arrangement.
Payment Details
Payment may be made either by cash or cheque. We regret that we do not have
the facility to accept credit cards. A deposit of 25% of the hire cost secures
a booking. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Guests
should notify us immediately if they need to cancel a booking. If we succeed in
re-letting the cottage all deposits will be refunded in full. In the event that
we are unable to re-let the cottage, the deposit will be non-returnable. We
regret that in the event of a cancellation a transfer to another date cannot be
made. We strongly advise all our guests to ensure they have adequate holiday
cancellation insurance.
